(cask) I wonder if they know "dubbele gersten" is a long-disappeared Antwerpen style? Cloudy orange-amber colour; slim ring of white foam. Fruity, estery smell - orange marmalade. Very fruity and yeasty, nearly kumquat flavour, maybe less bitter. Well-bodied. Aftertaste is somehow thinner. Strange beer. I wonder what their exact aim was. If it really is the historical dubbele gersten, I'm no judge as it went out when I was about 8...
