Audio Palette was brewed with raw Hill Country well water, malted barley, malted spelt, and hops, and was fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of brewers yeast, and native yeast and bacteria harvested from the land and air around our brewery.
For the re-release, we brewed with well water, Texas-grown 2-row barley, malted spelt, and Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless with our mixed culture and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Cashmere. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned. 6.8% abv.

Hazy and pale, with a medium head. This has mellow tea-like tannins and some mushroom umami. But I don't really get it.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours cloudy yellow with an off-white head. Aroma has light stonefruit, something dry. Flavour has tart peach skins, hoppy bitterness. Meh

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of bright tangy hops, a bit of sulphuric notes, and rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is bright and bone dry, with rustic saison yeast, aggressive dry-hopping, and dry farmhouse notes. Tons of dry-hopping, with rustic farmhouse notes that linger. Excellent.

slightly dark golden hazy color. Big oak, sour Belgian yeast, lime and lemons, very sour palate, tons of lemon and limes. Cobwebs and citrus character. Very dry and funky. Excellent

Clear yellow golden beer with, small white head. Aroma of tart orange fruits, zest, funky. Taste of tart and hoppy orange fruits, tangerine, funky finish. Good.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is spelt spice, solid hops. Taste is spelt spice, hopspice too, some yoghurt, grassy as well. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light spices, frankincense, grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant.
