Audio Palette was brewed with raw Hill Country well water, malted barley, malted spelt, and hops, and was fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of brewers yeast, and native yeast and bacteria harvested from the land and air around our brewery.
For the re-release, we brewed with well water, Texas-grown 2-row barley, malted spelt, and Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless with our mixed culture and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Cashmere. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned. 6.8% abv.

Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Golden yellow pour with white head. Medium sour tart fruity with notes of lemon zest, some floral and light herbal action, tart fruity into the close.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Almost clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fruity floral nose with some buckwheat. Dry with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Edgy and soapy. Subtle flavours are totally lost when the malt base is this rough. Perfumy resiny finish. Low drinkability.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, bitter, bitter hops. Don’t really know what else to say about this. Clean, but a bit boring, yet not unpleasant. Don’t really get though why this is a sour/wild ale.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, flowers, hops, grass and has a nice sweet malty finish.
