Audio Palette was brewed with raw Hill Country well water, malted barley, malted spelt, and hops, and was fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of brewers yeast, and native yeast and bacteria harvested from the land and air around our brewery.
For the re-release, we brewed with well water, Texas-grown 2-row barley, malted spelt, and Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless with our mixed culture and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Cashmere. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned. 6.8% abv.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus and tart. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish. 060816

Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy and spicy notes, followed by farmhouse yeast. Flavour is super earthy, with spicy dirty rye and rustic farmhouse yeast. Super dirty and dry. Bizarre stuff. Prefer the nose to the taste.
