Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy nut brown, small head Vinegary woody nose. Super sour with light body and clean hard mouthfeel. Concentrated vinegar dominates completely, some metal and wood. Unpleasant burning acetic finish. Lacks balance and body.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Clear red brown. Small offwhite head. Acetic, woody and slightly vinous aroma. Sour, acetic flavour. Berries and malt. Slightly earthy.

Bottle, 4.8%. Clear dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, sour fruit, caramel, oak and vinegar. Flavour is malt, sour fruit, oak, vinegar, dark fruit, lemon, lemon, medium dry, medium sweet and a little acid.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear amber color, small off-white head that diminishes very quickly. Aroma is sourish, lightly malts, oak / wood, red wine. Taste is very sour, very tart, very dry. Not my thing at all. I can’t drink this, too sour for me to finish even a glass.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Small head with short duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acid, caramel, fruits, malt and has a nice acidic finish. A real plaque remover.
