Draft a the brewpub. 5%. Hazed mid brown / amber coloured pour with a fading beige head. Aroma is nice funky sour wood and malt vinegar, horsey funk. Flavour is composed of dry crisp sournes,woody tannin, granny smith apple, pithy citrus acid. Palate is super dry, pithy, high carbonation, spicy finish. Nice valanced complex sour.

Draft. Mahogany beer with a dark cream head. Light pinot wine and light tart aroma. Tart and light dark fruit flavor with light cherries. Medium bodied. Light cherry and light tartness/sourness lingers with light red wine.
