Bottle. A gusher, hazy, orange-golden in color, with a big white head. The aroma has a nice bretty touch, barnyard, citrus peel and some faint leather notes, as well as a generic fruityness. Not much room left for the malts. That fits the flavor too. There’s some malts in the back, but it’s the fruityness and Brett that dominates. It’s dry and effervescent, finishing fruity and with a decent bitterness. Certainly a refreshing and tasteful beer, feeling lucky to have had several tastes of this beer. 130303
