Flaske 0,5l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Batch 821. Drukket i selskap med Kristoffer 29 Aug 13. Tilløp til geysir ved åpningen. Var forberedt gjennom teksten på flaska. Aprikosfarget. Høyt luftig skum som varer. Uklar. Aromaen er syrlig frukt. Smaken likeså. Mye bitterhet. Gjennomgående undertone av gjær.

Gulbrun tåkete med høyt hvitt skum. Sure sokker er grei beskrivelse av denne, men malt, sitron og gjær luktes også. Litt sur, bitter humle i smak. Medium bitter, mye kullsyre

500ml bottle shared at home. Didn’t gush as much as I’d thought it might. Cloudy golden yellow, decent head. Little bit of appley funk, but also quite a lot of tropical hops. and lemon sourness. Light bitterness, and sourness. Bitter finish, interesting.
