Our Fourth Anniversary is closing in fast, especially for this we brewed a triple mash, 3 hour boil Imperial Stout and loaded it up with Dulce de Leche. This Imperial Dessert Stout is leaning towards a thick roasted Baileys.

Keg at littledevil. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, liquorice, nutty, taste is similar, sweet, quite bitter. 4

Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of heavily roasted malts. Elements of liquorice, coffee and soy sauce. Rich and thick.

Bottle shared. Opaque black color, decent sized brown head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is malts, roasted malts. Flavor is malts, roast, dark malts, brown malts, roasty bitter. Thick oily texture, full body, soft carbonation. Nice.
