100% Mosaic hopped juicy IPA. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, and berries give way to a smooth beer with citrus flavors with a hint of pine.

Can sourced from Beerdome and shared at home - golden pour with a white head. Sweet fruity and malty, some vague citrus fruity notes, sweet malty support, subdued hoppy bitter finish. Not doing much for me this.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/24/2017. Pours very hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, passion fruit, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, passion fruit, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, passion fruit, berry, lemon/orange peel, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 7%. Overall this is an excellent NEIPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Great mix of juicy and dank Mosaic hop character, with perfectly balanced malts. Never sweet or heavy feeling. This was just a tad more drying than most others in the series, but never overdone or astringent. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Sampled from the tap at Hopcat Madison. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and a touch of onion with a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has a combination of dank citrus, onion and hay with some sweet grains backing.
