Mufloni Äkäpukki on musta, täyteläinen, erittäin voimakkaasti humaloitu, paahtomaltainen imperial Stout. Oluen mausta löytyy myös vahvaa mokkaisuutta, tummaa suklaata ja kypsää hedelmäisyyttä. Loppumausta löytyy humalan tuomaa havuisuutta.

Tap @Winston Beer Festival
Dark opaque brown color, good brown head. Tar, hops, licorice in the nose. Full-bodied, sticky palate. Smokey tarryness, lingering bitterness, licorice. Long sweetish bitterness in the aftertaste. Excellent, the best vintage ever (with 2008).

Pours pitch black with a foamy head. Aroma of roasty malts, dark chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and licorice. Taste is salty and slightly roasty with notes of licorice, smoke, birch wood and hints of dark chocolate. Finish is smooth, roasty and slightly smoked with notes of fruits and berries. Quite nice, not your typical imperial stout but still tasty.

(Keg at OlutExpo 2013) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and light brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and hops. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, ash, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, hoppy and bitter. A bit too burnt but still good brew.

Lovely chocolate aroma with licorice, tobacco and ash. Feels slightly musty. Flavour has somewhat salty licorice, ash, tobacco and woody notes. Also some peat and smoke. The smoked wood is the same than in Tuhtipukki. Delicious, palate feels a bit thin though.
