Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange cardboard haziness with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then allow some messy spotty lace
Aroma: some orange to melon to peachy and pear-like hop aromas playing with a light biscuity maltiness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a fairly bittersweet juicy sort of way; mild finish of oranges and melon-like hops
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; nice low carb, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: I'd say a pretty nicely done NEIPA I would return to.

Can at home shared with Caesar. Hazy yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, sweetish hoppy, hops, typical NEIPA sweet stuff. Meh. 6-2-6-2-11

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released locally. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, strawberry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, strawberry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, strawberry, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and slightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an awesome NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft/silky feel. Awesome Mosaic, Galaxy, Huell Melon, & Mandarina Bavaria profile. Super juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressively spot on style example as expected; though not all that hazy.
