Shared bottle @ Borger. Unclear deep reddish golden body under a light, white head. Aroma of funky red berries with a oaky touch. Taste is acidic red berries, mild funk and bitter lemon. Nice.

Light Pink, No head, lightly sour and fruity wild nose. Flavor as more complexity, cherries and red fruit notes, moderate acidity for a sour. Really tasty and rounded entry. Bring it on!

Bottle. Slight hazy deep ruby. Thick funk, black currants, cherries, wood, blackberries, lemon zest, sea buckthorn. Medium sour, less sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Quite nice, I think this is one of the better batches, love the strong black currants.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma has plenty of currants, tart cherries, wild yeast, and some muted earthiness. Flavour has some thorny, pithy currants, wild yeast, and some earthy notes. Very thorny and buggy. Good stuff.
