Machete is an eye-catching Double IPA with an overwhelming but balanced aromatic explosion. Hops emerge in a decisive, powerful and imperious way, triumphing over everything and giving beer hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit.

Dobre podwojne IPA. Z ogromna piana, gesta i trwala niesamowicie. Bomba chmielowa tresciwosc i rownowaga miedzy slodowoscia a wytrawnoscia chmielu. Niewiele osadu, a praktycznie wygladalo jakby go nie bylo.

Hazy gold beer with a massive off white head. Palate is light and dry. The pale malt has a touch of raw grain, nothing too serious. Mild fresh orange and a little spice. Whisper of pine. Finishes dry. Not too bad but I was expecting more hops!

[10/18/13] Draught at Eurhop Beer Festival 2013 in Rome. Deep golden-amber. Aroma of grainy malt and musty โ€œgreenโ€ hops. Flavor has some sweet caramelly malt and pungent leafy and piney hops with moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied.

33 cl bottle @ RIP camp, BBE 03/2014
Aroma is musty with gooseberry bush, some strawberries and hints of hay. Flavour is hoppy with some fruity tones, strawberries and hints of gooseberry bush. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. Too much strawberries and gooseberry bush here.

330ml bottle from Berlin Bier Shop @ RIP Camp

BBE 03/2014 - Pours golden orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of berries, caramely malts, old hops and soapy notes. Taste is sweet, sticky and messy with notes of berries, caramel, toffee and strawberry. Finish is sweet, malty and caramely. A bit messy and unbalanced, the berry notes donโ€™t quite fit in here.

Bottled. Slight hazy amber color, short off-white head. Soft citrussy aroma, hint of cheese, hint of strawberry and tangerine, pineapple, some caramel. Quite bitter taste, sweetsour fruity. Soft alcohol burn. Very citrussy. Alcohol is actually a bit too much for the soft fruity IPA.
