Cask (handpump) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Clear light medium amber colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, keller, earthy, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110616]

Cask@GWBCF2011. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is wood, nuts, some nectar and mild toasted notes. Flavour is wooden, mildly floral with some sweet malts as well. Rather bitter in the finish and aftertaste.

Cask, 4.4%. Mild fruity aroma. Clear amber/brown colour. Creamy white head. The flavour is sweet and spicy, a bit like multivitamins. Isotonic mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Nice.

Cask at the Shovel, Lye. Pours dark amber with a small head. Aroma is cut grass and some citrus. Taste starts with some light citrus hops. Finishes with a citrus medium bitter finish. A little thin.

Cask-conditioned at the Green Man, Bristol 31/01/10. Clear amber in colour with a moderate white head. Aroma of citrus, sweetish malts and a whiff of spice. Malty flavour, with apricot fruit and dry finish. Very enjoyable.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts and fruits. Flavour: toasted malts, biscuit malts, slightly hoppy and fruity. Hint of iodine. Very well sessionable.
