Appearance: Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma: Pale malt, medium fruits. Honey. Taste: Light to medium fruits, pale malt. Toasted. Some hops. Not bad. Bought: Zur alten Weinhandlung, 330 ml, CHF 3.90 Info: 21/8-2021, BB: 30/9-2021

Mild hopfiger, dunkel hefiger Start. Trocken herb, weich, ansteigende Intensität. Leicht beerig, süffig, konstante Aromatik. Mittellanger Nachhall. 9/8/9/8/10/9

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Something’s off with this one. Smells like a bad pear. Some grass, but shy. Medium body with a very soft carbonation. That part is okay, but it doesn’t make up for the nose. Neither does the watery and dirty palate. Maybe this was too young.
