From one Getränkmarkt, Interlaken, in june 2023. Opening and enjoying this bottle, at the balcony, at night, best before 04/24. A fair and well balanced ipa, classical, malty, smooth, rather dry with some tropical fruits, citrus and bitter, 07.09.24, drinking it at Epalinges.

Appearance: Light brown, hazy. Big amount of creamy off-white head.
Aroma: Light hops, slight fruits, resins.
Taste: Light hops, light fruits. Resins. Perfume.
Bought: Garosch, 330 ml, CHF 2.90

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Decent grassy aroma hops, green cut. Some pines. Light to medium body, but it just works. Sweetish, but not too much on the palate. Lively, almost crisp carbonation. Short palate.
