500 ml bottle, ABV is 6.0%. Black colour, dark ruby in the highlights. Large tan head. Pleasant aroma, roasty notes of coffee and chocoalte mix with fruity hops, hints of wood. The flavour is not too sweet, light bodied for its strength, well balanced, with notes of chocolate and moderate fruity hops. Would buy again.

50 cl bottle @ wPBF, BBE 07.05.2013
Aroma has cocoa and some slight woody notes. Flavour has cocoa, semi‐dark chocolate and coffee notes. Nice, it seems that Sudwerk is good at stouts and porters. Reminds me of their Liberator.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear dark brown, small head. Coffee and grass up front. Dry with crisp rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Some grass and citrus, light licorice. salty bitterish finish. More American style clean than Swiss style charming.
