Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo e agrumi.

Tap at Erzbierschof Liebefeld. Pours clear golden with a decent head. Aroma is floral and herbal, rather spicy, but not phenolic or earthy. Body is light, smooth with a soft carbonation, a bit meaty, umami. Rather dry palate. Pretty unusual for an amber, but works in a way.

From tap. Pours hazy deep amber with a huge, tan and creamy head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish. Dry, toasted and mild herbal. Phenolic, toasted malty and dry. Slight herbal. Lingering fruity. Dry and slight herbal far finish.
