Bottle. Tall Boys, Leeds. Hazy, dark, orangey amber. Messy, sticky, cream coloured head. Not convinced this is as intended. I don’t get grapefruit hop like other raters have. This has vinous and apple peel notes. Taste has some tartness. No. Not right this.

Unclear deep golden color with a nice off white head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Good intensity in the aroma with a lot of grapefruit and tropical fruit. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Tasty stuff this. Lots of grapefruit, pine mild tropical and a fine malty back. Solid stuff.

On tap at οΏ½lhallen, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Nose is very fruity, with orange rinds, resinous hops and caramel. Flavour is well-balanced and robust, with resinous hops, spiciness, citrus rinds, and a bready caramel malt backbone. Full of flavour with no harsh edges. Very nice stuff.

(Bottle, Lovik, Stockholm, 24 Nov 2014) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with dried apricots, caramel and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, caramel, apricots and a generous resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well made, tasty and balanced IPA. Nice one.

At a tasting, thanks Gunnar, medium bubbly head, hazy orange colour, aroma of herbs, citrus and white fruits with a malty bready backbone, flavour of orange marmalade with some herbs and shrubs, medium bitterness. Very nice and quite balanced.
