Borefts 2023. Clear deep golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma and Taste of mild herbal pale malt, spices, belgian yeast, honey.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is estery, peach and apricots, white sugar. Taste is the same, quite clear, but apricot jam, mild booze sweetness. Quite drinkable, not bad.

Golden with a lasting white head. Light malty aroma with plenty of spicy phenols. Sweet yeasty and spicy flavour.

22/IX/23 - on tap @ Borefts Beer Festival Day 1, BB: n/a (2023-667) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear gold orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, barnyard, very rural impressions. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sour in the start, very malty, grains, grassy bitterness, earthy touch, some apricots, nice one! Aftertaste: a bit acidic, fruity, a little bitter, some citrus notes, a bit grassy, ok.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, medium transparent. Aroma is spiced, fruity, apricot, yeasty. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, also bitterish, providing a dry final.

Tap @Budkers in Rome-Italy. Cloudy golden a bit amber with a frothy white cap. Nose is floral, spicy, tangerine. Mouth is slightly citric, spicy, dry. Nice.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana media persistenza, color giallo oro limpido, al naso subito lievito esteri mela matura e alcool, in bocca malto spezie miele frutta a pasta gialla pasta di mandorle solvente, alcool in evidenza, corpo medio, watery, carbonazione piatta (Nooooo! le Tripel devono essere mosse!), dolce con amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Mi dispiace perché le altre birre di questo birrificio sono buone ma questa birra è da homebrewer alle prime armi. No, bocciata. c. Fatti una birra 17.12.21
