The name "Vivala" means "Little Girl" in Alsatian. Vivala is the female counterpart of Manala, both characters representative of Alsace. De consistance légère avec une amertume modérée et des saveurs de fruits tropicaux, elle est désaltérante et souple à boire.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and spicybhops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

bottle, donated by jaghana! Hazy golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty base with lots of tropical fruit, light and elegant, slightly resiny in the finish. Very nice.
