Two years ago, we set up an intercontinental collab with our Polish brothers and sisters from Warsaw, Maryensztadt, in form of the Maracuja Sour. Because you liked it so much during the previous two summers, it wouldn’t be fair to discontinue making this refreshing Berliner Weisse. With pure fresh passionfruit juice from Ecuador, this brew will keep you going during the hot summer days but can also be your companion during a lazy Sunday brunch.

Small white head, shortlived over hazy pineapplejuice-coloured beer. Fruity, exotic fruit, maracuja, guave, passion fruit; fruitsugars. Sour, mineral, fruitiness in retreat compared to the nose. Lemon (especially in the finish), and mild lactic acid. Again (exotic) fruit, but difficult to identify. Appropriately light, refreshing, very spritzy. Nice, ticking all the boxes. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Saurer, frisch fruchtiger Beginn. Vollmundig, die feine Säure bleibt konstant, spritzig, viel Maracuja. Erfrischend, trockenes Mundgefühl, mittellanger Abgang. Gut. 10/10/11/11//10

Nice and sour. A bit more hop aroma that most, but it is pleasant, clean, and well done. Alehouse Zurich

At CBFZ 2018. Pours unclear greenish yellow. Aroma is maracuja, strongly kettle sour. Body is light, sour and tart quite fruity, but too much lemon juice. Also maracuja. Low carbonation. Dry and tart. Not bad.
