Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Tap at Bülach. Pours hazy brownish amber. Aroma is new england, onion and sweaty socks over tropical fruit. Body is medium, strongly carbonated, healthy backbone, but lacking the flavour punch and the juice and oiliness. Even dryish palate. Still good though.
