At the Barrel Society 2018. Pours unclear red. Aroma is raspberry, light wild funk, marmalade. Body is medium, a bit funky, fizzy carbonation, more marmalade, and yes, sour and tart. Well balanced, also hiding the rather high ABV. Dryish palate, still fruity. Good.

0,33l bottle at home courtesy of Damian, big thanks. Bottled 03.01.2018. BB 03.01.2019. amber cloudy color, almost no head. smells of wood, nutty, coconut, marzipan, grassy, earthy, lovely smell, very barrel forward. full body, hints of carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of wood, nutty, light coconut, earthy, light vinegar, red wine notes, bit peppery, grassy, lightly citric. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of wood, citrus and some nutty notes. very nice one, almost a bit clean, and taste fades away a bit towards the finish. but very nice complexity and still very good to drink. very nice barrel notes. lovely stuff.
