Unser Pale Ale ist ein wohltuender Hopfentraum für Nase und Gaumen. Die spezielle, obergärige Ale-Hefe verleiht diesem Bier einen sehr erfrischenden Charakter. Neben der Hopfensorte Perle, welche vor allem für die Bittere zuständig ist, trägt die Sorte Cascade dazu bei, dass dieses Bier ein überaus fruchtiges, zitrusartiges Aroma erhält. Durch die zusätzliche Hopfengabe während der kalten Lagerung werden diese Aromen verstärkt und verleiht unserem Pale Ale seinen unverwechselbaren Geschmack.

It is a good and classical ale with the simcoe hop, bitter, citrus and a bit sparkling, yellow and creamy color, thin head, 05.06.17, at Prélaz, buying it in one coop, Züricj.

opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized ecru-ish white head; aroma of grape, pear, some papaya, minimal piney and bready notes; taste is hoppy with the same fruitiness as can be felt in the aroma; correct one, though not really complex

Ein solides, eher leichtes Pale Ale. Bitterkeit nicht zu überwiegend, könnte aber noch mehr Aromen entfalten.

Bottle at Ziegel oh Lac. Pours unclear yellow with a decent stable head. Aroma is grassy and tropical hops, some pine, very West Coast. Body is medium, pleasantly bitter and hoppy, more grass and some citric hops notes. Not overflowing in flavours, but decently malty. Dryish palate. Good, pleasant to drink. And clearly more American than English.

Draught @ the brewpub, Wädenswil. Aroma has rather nice fruity tones and pineapple juice. Flavour has grapefruity hops, some tropical fruits, bush leaves and hints of pineapple juice. Some harsh bitterness in the finish. Good!
