Wir hatten es einst als Sommerbier gebraut und vielen hat es sehr geschmeckt. Darum brauen wir es seither ganzjährig.
Unsere erste Annäherung an die jahrhundertealte belgische Braukultur. Erinnert an ein belgisches Wit, jedoch schlicht und ohne Gewürze gebraut. Ein modern american-style Wheat Ale könnte man es vielleicht am Treffendsten nennen.
Der belgische Hefe-Typ und Mandarina Bavaria-Hopfen verleihen viel Fruchtigkeit. Erfrischend prickelnd.

Thanks Christine for this bottle coming from smartbox, opening it two days ago, at home, Epalinges, at night, coming from Domodossola. Second round and I had a better impression, well balanced, a generous wheat ale, rather on the Belgian way, fruity, 21.08.22

Bottle from the kitchen brew store. Pale golden pour with a huge creamy and fizzy white head. Citrus, fruity, yeasty and a bit funky. Good balanced bitterness.

15/6/2022. Bottle shared by CH-303, cheers. Pours hazy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is yeasty, citrus, malt, herb, bread, straw, light funky edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Pretty decent.

Danke an anstei. Starke Karbonisierung. Hefiger, würzig herber Beginn. Minimal Orange, in Teilen muffig, die starke Karbonisierung stört permanent. Moderat hefiger Abgang. 10/7/8/7/9/7

Bottle from Drinks of the World Basel. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is banana and slight clover, also lots of nägeli. More a Hefeweizen, feels like. Body is medium, yeasty and sweet. Some tangerine and more citric flavours, little banane. Rather strong carbonation over some fruit flavours, but less than could be. Good.

0.33l bottle from basler biermarkt. pours an opaque honey yellow with a big frothy head. aroma of banana, cloves, coriander. flavour of tangerine, banana, yellow fruits. dry and rather sour, fizzy carbonation.
