Mittlerer Malzgeruch nach dunklem Brot, Keksen, Getreide, Korn und Karamell. Mittlerer bis starker Hopfengeruch nach Grapefruit, Orange und Zitrone. Mittlerer erdiger Hefegeruch. Sonstige Fruchtaromen nach Banane, Pflaume, Dattel und Ananas.
Ein sehr komplexes, spannendes Weizenbier, welches nicht den typischen Bananengeschmack aufweisst, sonder eher ein Ale ist.
Passt super zu scharf gewürztem weissen Fisch, kräftigem Lachs oder zu Knoblauch-Scampi.

24.10.2019 -- 0.33l bottle from basler biermesse. pours a hazy golden with a big dense head. aroma of spruce, lemon drops. flavour of lemon drops, lemon juice, slight funk. not too sweet but not dry either, little bitterness. citrusy, pleasant, easy drinking.

At Solothurner Biertage. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is citra hops, sweaty feet, bready, grains, infected wet malt. Body is light, softly sweet but barely bitter, with a low carbonation, little fruit, some citrus notes, a bit oily (probably from wheat). Not offensive, but nothing particularly good about this either.
