Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto con una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma trova impressioni di mirtillo e pesca gialla.

30.08.2019-- on tap at basler biermarkt, 4fr/0.2l. pours a slightly hazy purple red with a dense head. aroma of raspberry candy. flavour of raspberry juice, lactic acid. tart, natural, not very funky.

330ml bottle. Murky. purple colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Tart-ish, sweet-ish and minimally earthy, raspberry aroma, a sweet-ish touch of peach. Taste is sour, herbal and fruity, hints of raspberry, a touch of moss, lactic acid. Astringent palate, overcarbonated.
