This is my twisted version of a traditional rye beer. Rye malt is notoriously difficult to work with, but we feel we have managed to pull together a rather tasty brew with this unique recipe. Combining a ton of malt, with a plethora of hops we have managed to bring balance to this complex tight ropewalk.

0,15l on nitro tap @ Aegir Taproom. Pours beautiful deep copper with a medium off-white creamy head. Aroma is malts with caramel. Flavor is bitter malts with caramel and nutty notes, some hops. Good.

Bottle. Pours cloudy reddish amber. Aroma is resin, spruce, bark, glue, rye. Body is medium, strongly bitter, chalky and dusty. Medium carbonation, softly sweet. Dryish and watery palate, typically rye. Quite good, but rye ceases to amaze me still.
