Our American Pale Ale is all about the hops. Three different strains of hops, one from Zurich and two Americans, were popped in this tasty brew. The light and pale malts and the limited amount of bittering hops make for very easy drinking, while the citrussy and fruity aromas of the hops will quickly make you fall in love with this beer.

opalescent golden to orange colour, medium sized creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of canned pear, peach, some tangerine, fruit jam, floral and malty-biscuity notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; not bad, though not an extraordinary one either

Draught @ The Alehouse - Palmhof, Zürich. Pours hazy darkish straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with notes of grass and estery touches. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with estery notes and mild touches of malt and fruit. Bitter and citric aftertaste with estery touches. Decent.

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is strong citric fruit, soap. Body is light and softly bitter, citric and soapy again, but quite pleasant. Rather thin, more of a SIPA than an APA. Okay.
