This bitter blonde is a neutral yet firm, structured beer. The use of Tettnang hops gives this hoppy, bitter brew a light citrus taste in the finish.

Dosc dobre jak na kolscha. Bardzo zblizone do niemieckich orginalnych piw. Piana tworzy sie szybko i jest naprawde trwala. Kolor moze ciut ciemniejszy niz tradycyjne kolsche z Kolonii

Tasted on tap, 08/02/2014. Translate colour with white head and the taste is very simple, nothing special but nice beer and very balanced with the prize. Next one please!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of grass and straw with a bit of hay backing. Flavor has a nice grass note that is backed by straw and a bit of hay.

Draught @ In the Wildeman. Really nice beer with a clean maltiness and fresh citrusy hops. Also a bit sweet, like honey.

Big offwhite lasting head. Slightly hazy yellow body. Light floral mealy aroma with tobacco and grain notes. Dry-sweet orangey dusty taste with spicy herbal soft metal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish mealy orangey grainy aftertaste with dusty soft metal and earth notes. Lovely. Drinkable and subtle. (0.25l draft at ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam.)

Hazy pale blond with thick, bright head. Aroma has fresh hop and a little apple. Body is thin with light carbonation. Clean and easy to drink with a sharp fresh taste and a background of pale malt.

Bottle at "15" Amsterdam. Poured a slightly cloudy dark amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is weak but malty leading to a medium bitter hoppy malty flavour with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. I've drunk this beer before, but the one I'm rating now is by far the best.
