On tap at the brewery. Pours murky brown with beige head. Very sour, vinous, some oak, malty, cherries, some chocolate?, fruity. Smooth. Medium bodied.

Tasting at SFβs
Dark brown color. The aroma is sour and earthy. Earthy malts, large vinegar character, overpowering acidity; astringent final.
No real complexity, just acidity. Simple result.

Bottle - Dark earthy malts with only a touch of balsamic. Cloudy brown with a decent white head. Acidity and earthy dark malts. Sweet, acidic and dark.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is massively acidic, with lots of balsamic and high acidity. Flavour is super acidic, with lots of balsamic, intense acidity, and oak. This one sure induces heartburn. Lacking complexity and very harsh. Another acid bomb from these guys.

Cloudy light brown. The aroma is a bit cherryish, with a hint of chocolate. This is badass acid reflux beer. Enamel scraping. Thereβs not much character, I mean maybe a hint of cherry. But pretty simple.

Bottle thanks to Roberto. Pours a cloudy brown with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, oak, funk, leather. Medium body, jammy, cherry, currant, oak, acidic, very sour, enjoyed this.
