Bottled. An amber beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hops, and dusty. Thanks yespr for sharing.

30 cL bottle. Pours clear deep orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is butterish and light fruity. Sweet malty, mild citric and light peachy hops flavoured. Bitter and bone dry. Smooth and fruity finish. Not as solid as the the US DIPAs, slight yeasty, surely dry and yet also vague butterish flavoured. Dry bitter finish.

10.14oz bottle stating 11.0% ABV pours clear copper with thin off white head leaving behind an impressive solid yeast cake in the bottle. The modest aroma is a mix of pine and citrus hops and a touch of sour like grapefruit. The taste begins with tart grapefruit, orange peel hop bitterness and then picking up some pine hop resiny bitterness. It then sweetens up into citrus hard candy like flavors thanks to the malts coming forward a bit. Into the finish the citrus and pine hop bitterness grow to a moderate level. Nice stuff that I would love to try really fresh.

Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has cereals and malt. Sweet grainy malt flavour with grassy hops and a bit of fruit. Rather disappointing (on two occassions) and lacking in impact to justify the 9% ABV.

On bottle at Borefts BF 09. Diacetyl. Some decent hop on end. But too buttery throughout. Rest is ok, but butter kills it.

Bottle that I picked up at Bierkoning (think?) Amsterdam, October 2009, consumed 13-11-09 Pours hazy amber with a clingy filmy head, it was large and foamy but this soon disappeared. Sharp hop juice in mouth, god bitter bite, great pithy grapefruit, sharp but tempered with a sweeter finish, lovely stuff. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov15 3.5
