Loud pop from the cork. Sour and tart, fruity and dry. Still strong stone fruit, orange marmalade, drycwood and funk. Excellent.

Vintage 2017. yellow murky color, small white head. smells intense apricots, stone fruits, jammy. lovely lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes apricots, stone fruits, jammy, apricot pits, bit peppery, subtle funk. finishes light to medium dry and light to medium sour with notes of apricots, jammy and stone fruits notes. lovely lovely, great fruity notes, super smooth. I had rather sour older Fous, this is definitly not one of them. Super smooth fruity notes! Love it!

sampled in the last days of 2021. Pours hazed amberblonde. Scent is farily full, mineral, lambic funk, mild fruits. Taste is full, high carbo. Full on acidity, milder fruits (still recognizable). Fairly sharp. Mild oak.
