Dark brown color, creamy foam. Aroma: pickled tomatoes, raspberries, berries and fruits. Taste: tomato pickled, fruit, knits, slightly fruity and coffee, original, light sour.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Dark red to brown colored. AROMA- sour cherries, prunes, licorice, black currant, roasted malt. FLAVOR- moderately sour, sour cherries, plums, roasted malts, currant. Medium bodied.

Draught @ Beergeek bar, Prague. Pours very dark brown with a brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, light sourness, cocoa, wood, oak, tart cherries. Flavor is very light sour, light roasted, wheat, wood, cherries. Thin to medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sour finish. 310717

Sampled from bottle at kermis’ German trophy tasting. Black with thin white ring head. Sour dark fruit, raspberries, dark malts, some funky yeast. Light sweet and moderate bitter. About medium body, bit thin jelly like malty texture. Soft carbonation. More fruit than porter. Bottle shared. Dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of tart raspberry, chocolate, light roast and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour with light to medium bitterness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

[ As Freigeist Salzspeicher Sour Porter - Raspberry ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, rapsberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, raspberry tart, sweet malt, prunes. Pours black, small grey head. Smell is herbal raspberry, bit sweet. Not very intense on it’s roast. Taste is very colliding, raspberry sweet/sour combo undertaking the dark malts . Not a working blend at all.

BKL2017. Huge umami nose, champions, seaweed, soy. Murky brown, brown lace. Worcester sauce start, salt, medium light body, berries give it a light balsamic touch. Fresh berry retronasal Fairly unique.
