On tap at Billie's. Pours clear ruby with a pinkish head. Tons of fresh raspberry amd cherry on the nose. Flavour has more sweet red cherries than raspberry. Not much funk or yeast expression. It's a good fruited beer, but I would not have guessed that this is a lambic.

Fruity aroma of light sourish raspberries, very light barnyard. Flavour is moderate sour and light sweet. This would have been even better with a little more tartness.

Bottle 0,37 with cork: Clear dark red colored brew with an dry and sour taste witch is refreshing. Hints of raspberries and well hidden cherries. Tap at het Klooster, Delft: Clear dark red colored brew with an more sweet taste but there is some sourness, lots of hints of raspberries. So the tap version is completely different from the bottle.

Bottle from Delhaize. Hazy red, stable, foamy, pink head. Aroma of pure raspberry jam, berry coulis, brambleberry, unripe strawberry, yoghurt, wheat, cherry stone. Taste has sour raspberry & brambleberry over yoghurty, lactic acid base; balanced by sweetish jam and even a herbal note of brances, cherry stem. Tart, red-fruity finish, lots of raspberry flesh, berry skins, soft woody tannins. Medium body, moussy texture, soft carbonation. Utterly fruity and fleshy but not very funky which could have added another layer of complexity. Then again, it's always welcome again in my fridge.

Bottle. Opaque dark red with a really short-lived white head. Aroma of raspberries, cassis and fruit gums. Taste of raspberries, cassis, wood, jam and cherries. Acidic and sour with just enough sweetness to balance things out. Dry finish. No bitterness to speak of. Medium carbonation. Refreshing. Not really my style per se but it’s nice once in a while.

Bottle 37.5 caged and corked [bought 160614] @home poured into a tumbler. Fruity nose. Clear ruby brown colour, small fizzy pink head, quickly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma raspberries, cherries, raspberry jam, light wood. Fruity taste, medium sweet and light to medium sour, raspberries, cherries, some marzipan, woody notes, retronasal fruitiness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweet and sourish aftertaste, very pleasant, very nice.

375ml bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque deep red, with practically no foam. Aroma is intense of berries, plus wood. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sour, with some sweetness too, and a dry final.
