What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.

Sampled from tap in 2020. Pours black, small white head. Smell is intense coffee, mild bourbon. Taste is sharp, thin, coffee, roasty, boozy. Still, not a big fan of this one.

Breakfast stout for breakfast, I do enjoy some bourbon with my coffee occasionally. Damn smooth near 12%, alcohol notes on aftertaste but no where to be found if you keep sipping it, also gets knocked out by chocolate. Opened at 55 degrees and perfect.
