Nagy, nem túl tartós, hófehér hab, aranysárga szín. Sós, savanykás, búzás, enyhén fűszeres illat. Kissé sós és savanykás, gabonás ízek, enyhén fűszeres vonásokkal. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes, a szokásosnál kissé fűszeresebb berliner weisse.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale gold with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, barn, hay, vegetal. Body is average, with moderate carbonation and quite an astringency. Taste is markedly sour. Final is nice and clean.

Bottle. Blonde. Metal, Apple and lemon in the aroma and flavor. Totally dry. Soft vinous notes. A soft sourness. Nice beer.

A pleasant light sour beer. Full rounded body. Tastes of lemongrass and citrus. Kontynuacja Wroclaw Drank again, from etre bier. Still a 3.5

Bardzo dobra kwasna i wytrawna berlinska pszenica, pachnie intensywnie zakwaszonym ananasem. W smaku ananasy, ocet jablkowy, wytrawne chmielne fajne a przy tym delikatne. Wspaniale do sobotniego dorsza. Moze wyglad jest slabszy niz smak bo piana ledwo sie tworzy, jasno-zlote z niewielkim zamgleniem. No ale najwazniejszy ten: dry finish.

5/2/2019. Keg at the Nags Head, Reading. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with a slightly foamy white head. Aroma of lemon, papaya, reen mango, peach, flowers, light herb and a hint of peppery spice. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness and sour. Moderate body, slight watery texture, slightly fizzy carbonation. Not bad but expected a bit more ‘wow’ to it.

Bottle at home on 16th December 2018. Pours a yellowish hazy amber with shallow disappearing foam. Peach/apricot and delicate citrus aroma. Peach and citrus meet explosive nuttiness in-mouth- peanut, only to be somewhat spoiled by a sour lactic buttermilk note that is too strong to ignore or consciously disregard. A sour finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body. Unable to fully enjoy.
