BB 30/12/20;Very pleasant & layered aroma of fruity hops, toasted & roasted (not burnt) malts, slightly suggest at BIPA, sweet citrus fruits & tropical notes, green notes, toasted bread & crust, smooth roast with gentle chocolate, spicy hints on edges

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, Belgian chocolate, sugared coffee, cautious fruity hoppy overtones with a blueberry touch. Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty, minimally ashy, initial hints of coffee and dark chocolate give way to an all-encompassing roasty and chalky bitterness, grassy hoppy bitterness comes on top; lingering, bitter roasty and bitter hoppy finish.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Opak närmast svart vätska med ett stort mörkbeige skum. Doft och smak av kaffe, gräs, tobak, mörk choklad, jord, höstlöv, trä, lätt sötma med lite katrinplommon. Torr hårdrostad smakbild men låg beska ger en ganska mjuk munkänsla med en lång ganska jordig eftersmak. Trevlig

From tap at the brewery with JFE 04.10.19. Ebony. Diminishing brown head. Fine aroma and taste of dark chocolate, tobacco, vanilla, fruits and coffee. Good. Medium dry mouthfeel.

Draught at the Brewpub. Brownish black with a medium head. Aroma of coffee malt. Flavour is bitter chocolate, lots of coffee, long bitter finish, a bit rough.
