Sampled at BXL festival. Black with large creamy brown head. Roast, earthy, soy sauce, dark chocolate, coffee, toffee, some vanilla, very malty. Over medium sweet, medium bitter and very light toasty tartness. Almost full bodied.

Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Black with a thick beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, roast, caramel and licorice. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Black pour with a tan head. Raisin, chocolate, toffee and caramel aroma. Flavours of chocolate, coffee, caramel, cola. Very good.

ABV: 8.8%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, moderate chocolate and coffee, light soy sauce. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, ash - roasted, light licorice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Keg at the hop locker. A opaque black coloured pour with a a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is tangy roast, apple, earthy, burnt wood, burnt cake. Palate is medium bodied, semi sweet. Moderate carbonation, oily. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Tangy roast, dark choc, apple, burnt cakey malts. Tasty.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s, Vauxhall, London. A black coloured pour with a very thin beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, caramel, dark fruit. Decent Imperial Stout.
