355 ml bottle, as Green Flash Hop Head Red Ale, from Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg, Denmark. ABV is 6.4%. Reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Nice and strong aroma of Amarillo hops, notes of spruce, orange marmalade and caramel. Well hopped flavour throughout (spruce / pine and grapefruit), on a fairly malty caramel background, nicely balanced. Moreish. A beer that easily could become one of my regulars, if it were available in Norway (* It is actually available in Norway at the moment, but only at Vinmonopolet in Vika (Oslo) and "Valken" (Bergen).)

Bottle @ home shared with DutchDrebus. Hazy unclear red color, almost no head, just slight beige lacing. Great hoppy, (grape)fruity smell. Great bitter aftertaste that lasts long. Taste hops, grapefruit and bitter. Nice carbo, medium body. Red IPA if ya ask me!

12oz bottle. Poured a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma is standard amber, light malts, touch of hops. Flavor is a bit hoppy, with notes of malts, hops. Nothing to call home about, but it is a very solid brew.

Amber, clear liquid with a red hue and medium off-white head. Aroma is very hoppy with lots of nice piney, fruity citrusy notes and some caramelly, malty and a bit burnt notes. Smells a lot like fresh hops... NICE! Taste is quite dry for an amber ale and heavily bitter but in a way balanced. Medium bodied with ok carbonation. Overall, very nice and great for the hop head. Fresh hops... Mmmm.

Sampled at Texas Beerfest. Pours a dark amber with small frothy off white head that diminishes rather quickly. Hoppy grapefruit and floral aroma. Thin mouthfeel with a bitter strong hop upfront with grapefruit and nice lingering bitter finish. Easy to drink a very good amber from Green Flash.

Hopfiger und harmonischer Antrunk mit angenehmen Bitternoten. Grasig, vergoren fruchtig. Weiterhin ausgewogen, konsequent hopfig, zum Ende bitter-trocken (passend) mit nun stärkeren Fruchtnoten. Erdiger Abgang. 11/10/12/11/10/11

0.355l bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Pours a deep amber body with loads of white floaters and a thin bubbly off-white head. Quite hopy nose with pine, wild strawberries, plums, caramel and beef stock. Body is medium, as is the carbonation. Hopy and sweet with notes of pine, citrus, orange zest and some grapefruit. Caramel sweet finish with a slightly smoky aftertaste. I agree Mr. Brewmaster, this is a red IPA.
