Bottle (1.Abfüllung, 2017): Golden, cloudy, medium-sized loose and slowly collapsing white head, dry sour cellary nose with an illusion of traces of lemons and malic acid and a certain bitterness; moderate to solid sour and bitter flavour, residual sweetness well detectable, pretty light bodied; lingering sourish-cellary finish with a certain sweetness and an increasing bitterness in the aftertaste. Muensterland meets Payottenland...

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish. Fine, but odd.
