A clear pilsner that is easy to drink, with a pleasant, slightly bitter aftertaste. Bavaria Premium is a clear light-coloured pilsner, brewed with barley malt, natural mineral water and hop. Refreshing, fruity and slightly hop-like, with a full flavour and beautifully balanced. An accessible pure pilsner, brewed with the best ingredients and natural mineral water from Bavaria's own spring.

Green bottle. Pale Lager appearance. Aroma is pale malts, yeast, straw, light. Taste is the same. Surprisingly smooth mouthfeel with high carbonation. Meh.

330 ml bottle into lager glass, unknown bottle code. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a small dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness. A touch of skunky aromas, but hardly detectable. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice robustness of pale malt and light earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity notes present. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a nice Euro pale lager. All around nice robustness of pale malt and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the minimally bitter finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. This felt a bit old for sure, but it was tasty. Clean pale malts and mild earthy hop balance. A nicely enjoyable offering, and well made style example.
