Pink-cyclamen, clear beer under a white rim. Red/pink fruit, faint wild yeasts. Cinnamon, cherries, faint fruit & lactic acidity. Very dry-sour finish, even dry-out effect. Tastes as a light version of a gazefied liquid cherry cinnamon cake. Could well live with this.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Funk Factory Meerts - Cherry ].ABV: 4,5%. Clear medium red colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy cherry, tart cherry, cherry stones, sweet cherry, almonds. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, almons, cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180414] 8-3-8-3-16

Bottle at Zaandam Beach Volley Tournament Summer of ‘18. Classy hazzy and deep coral red with white head. Massive sour and sweet raspberries, cherries, almonds, some weird bird poopies but okay. Moderate sweet and strong sour with firm bitterness as well. Medium body and soft fizzy carbonation. 8 3 7 3 16Bottle shared at home. Hazy pink red with a small ring bubbly head. Aroma of tart and candied cherry with a light funk and lactic notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at Kim thingy Buurthuis Zaandam. Bit hazy bright pink with small off white head. Funk, lots of sour cherries, light wheat, a touch of glue, hay, light lactic, soft spicy yeasty notes. Quite sour, light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied. A bit rough, but decent enough and it looks really nice.

Bottle from Mikkeller Bottle Shop, Aarhus. Clear bright dark red without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cherries, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 240618

Big thanks to David S. 750 ml. bottle sampled. Appearance is disappointing, pale pink, little, luckily no relation with taste. Nose is stomach acid, vinegar, puckering candy kriek. Taste is acidic cherry vinegar, lemon, sour candy, big cherry pits, very puckering but also very nice, lingering,… Lemon & cherry vinegar body, potent but very nice.

0,15l from tap shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. bourdeaux like rather hazy color, small white head. smells of cherries, earth, nutty, marzipan, sour cherries, lovely smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, citric, grassy, some cherry notes, peppery. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, citrus and some marzipan notes. very nice one. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Red, medium hazy body, with a small, fluffy light pink head.
Aroma of funk, sweet-sour cherries, apples, some pears, some overripe fruits.
Tastes similar, with some more vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, moderate sour, a bit sweet, with lots of lingering cherries.
Tasty. Greatly balanced, with the cherries beautifully showcased, while also lovely barrel notes and sour fruits. Really complex and round for the low ABV. Beautiful.
