Pleasant low ABV sour. Very light and tartly salty refreshing. Nice with food and a nice way to get back from a bad cold. Would probably shine even more with grilled food on a warm summer day.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out very light raspberries, and a touch of funk. Flavour is very watered down, with light raspberries, and a touch of oak. Very light and lacking body. Meh.

(750ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours clear darker pink with a tiny fizz of white bubbles that dissipates instantly. Aroma of tart cherry flesh, light cranberry, fairly biting lactic acid, bare hint of vinegar, a little almond, light to moderate musty funk, a bit of dried herbs. Flavour is relatively light, tart pie cherries, lactic yoghurt and citrus tang, a little somewhat dusty funk on the back end, wooded hints in the aftertaste and maybe a little spicebox too. Light to medium mouthfeel, a little watery, with very low carbonation. Pleasant low-ABV stuff, light and easy to drink, a bit like a lambic soda or something. Low in complexity.

750ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, reddish golden colour with small, bubbly, white head. Tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of cherry, morello, some mild funk, a peppery spicy touch. Taste is tart-ish, mildly funky, tangy, fruity, notes of morello, cherry, a salty touch; minimally watery passages, lingering tart-ish, tangy finish. Mild, balanced, harmonious.

Thnx to Selle ! Pours unclear pinkish peachy. No real head. Smell is cherries, tart, tad sweet (candy aroma ) undertone. Taste is tart, rather dry, cherry. nice balance. Lovely beer overall.
