Eine Bierspezialität aus drei verschiedenen Malzsorten, darunter dunkles Roggenmalz, verfeinert mit feinstem Celeja Aromahopfen aus dem südsteirischen Leutschach.
Durch eine warme Gärführung (Höchsttemperatur 10 – max. 15°C) wird dieses Bier besonders fruchtig und mild, ungefiltert abgefüllt und daher natürlich trüb. Vollmundiger, besonders weicher Geschmack, nach feinen Honig- und Röstaromen duftend, mit feinporiger, chamois-farbener Schaumkrone und hervorragend balanciert durch eine weiche, blumige Hopfennote.

Cloudy deep amber beer with a large ivory-coloured head that stays for long. Aroma: grains, toast, brown bread, fairly spicy and even danky. Very different. Medium minus body. Soft to average carbonation. Taste: medium dry. Grains, special malts, sourish rye malts, fruity notes, hops. Quite complex. Well-balanced. Light plus bitterness. Unique stuff. Worth of trying and studying.

Trübe, bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch mit Karamell. Geschmacklich malzig und röstmalzig mit Karamell und Nüssen. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

50cl swing top bottle. A almost clear amber beer with a small beige head. Aroma of caramelish malt, red fruits, yeast. Taste of yeasty fruits, redddish malt, caramel, medium to low bitterness.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty, wheaty, modest sweetish. Well balanced finish. Nice!
