Drei bis vier handgepflückte steirische Äpfel pro Flasche werden direkt nach dem Pflücken in einem Radius von nur 2000 m verarbeitet und verleihen Goldkehlchen Apfel seinen einzigartigen Geschmack. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichem Cider kommen hier keine künstlichen Zusätze zum Einsatz. Auf die Verwendung von Apfelsaftkonzentrat, Farbstoff und Zucker verzichten wir gänzlich. Die leichte Süße kommt von dort, wo sie am besten schmeckt: aus dem Apfel. Dafür wird Goldkehlchen mit viel Liebe direkt am Hof in der Steiermark hergestellt und abgefüllt. Das schont unsere Umwelt und garantiert ein 100% österreichisches Produkt.

330ml bottle pours out crisp clean pale straw topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice crisp green apples some white grape almost. Taste is more of the nice sweet light tartness and a very enjoyable end.

Schöne Apfelnase, im Trunk herb, erdig, Mostrich, dezente Süße, lecker. Schönes Labeldesign.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale gold, clear, with practically no foam. Aroma is very similar to a white wine, seems almost a natural cider. Some delicate apple, but also melon and apricot. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with a little oxidation and metallic feeling. Final is average.

Bottle. Color: Clear very pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: Moderate tart apple, apple peel. Some overripe apple. Taste: Lightly tart and bitter, moderate sweet apple. Bit brut. Lacking body, but apart from that ok.

33cl bottle. A clear pale yellow colour, small white ring. Aroma of riped mid sweet apples, sulfits. Taste of mid sweet dry apples, moderate sourish apples, easy to drink.

6/8/2018. Bottle from Galeria Kaufhof Frankfurt. Pours clear lively very pale yellow gold with a large short lasting fizzy white head. Aroma of sweet ripe apples, a little tart gooseberry, and sparkling white white. Quite heavy sweetness, light sour. Light body, watery and oily texture, quite fizzy carbonation even though it looks still apart from the first few seconds. Dry fruity finish. Not bad.

330ml bottle from Pilango Cider Vault, London. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is tart apple, bittersweet, fruity, melon, gooseberry, white wine, acidic with some dryness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Aroma of ripe apples and alcohol. Taste was sweet, alcoholic, sour - way too sour. Maybe something was off with this bottle
