Drei bis vier handgepflückte steirische Äpfel pro Flasche werden direkt nach dem Pflücken in einem Radius von nur 2000 m verarbeitet und verleihen Goldkehlchen Apfel seinen einzigartigen Geschmack. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichem Cider kommen hier keine künstlichen Zusätze zum Einsatz. Auf die Verwendung von Apfelsaftkonzentrat, Farbstoff und Zucker verzichten wir gänzlich. Die leichte Süße kommt von dort, wo sie am besten schmeckt: aus dem Apfel. Dafür wird Goldkehlchen mit viel Liebe direkt am Hof in der Steiermark hergestellt und abgefüllt. Das schont unsere Umwelt und garantiert ein 100% österreichisches Produkt.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'REWE Homberg'. Clear, pale golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples, some walnut and a touch of dust. Quite sweet, a little sourish, moderately dry, quite fruity taste of ripe apples and some walnut, followed by a short, just slightly tart, moderately dry finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

thanks to secret stanta 2016, sparkling golden with short white bubbles. Aroma of apples, fresh, sweet, green apples. 0,33l bottle at home. no BB date. very light yellow clear shiny color, small white head. smells a bit acidic, citric, green apples, white wine-ish. decent smell. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes quite sweet, some underlying green apple notes, honey, grapes, light white wine-ish again, light herbs. finishes sweet with notes of green apples. okish, a bit on the sweet side and not overly complex.

The cider starts fruity and sourish fresh. Nice sourish apples on a sweetish body. Easy to drink but not too deep in the aftertaste. Fresh apples with winey hints. Nice, clear and easy to drink with a moderate sweet appley aftertaste.
