In iedere slok Brand Lentebock proef je het begin van een mooi nieuw seizoen. Gebrouwen met een bijzondere blend van gebrande moutsoorten en vergist met een bovengist, wordt dit geweldige gezelschapsbier fruitig en heerlijk fris. Voor dat laatste mag je de Saazer hop bedanken. Heerlijk die lente!

Donker geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoet met iets fruit, appel, banaan. Goed lentebok.

Bottle from Albie Heijn. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is sweet toffee malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a strange resin hop palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. I’m done with spring, bring on the summer!

bottle at home pours clear blonde rather small white head smell is malty, sugary, honey taste is very mouthfilling sweet . honey, sugar and malts, again . as bad as leffe .. and thats freaking bad ,, drainpour this bitch !

Sweet garbage. Could someone actually enjoy this beer? What is wrong with the big Dutch brewers, that they all brew these sweet heller bocks?

Bottle. Pours clear golden, with a smallish head. Aroma is yeast and oak, with nice zesty hops. Full body with average carbonation. Flavour is gently bitter with yeast and spicy hops, giving a nice pine and grapefruit finish.

gouden met licht rode toets, helder met minimaal witte kraag aroma: floraal, citrus, koriander, gras, fris moutig/hoppig smaken: medium zoet, hopbitter, geroosterde mouten, koriander, stevige smaken door de gebruikte mouten, redelijk zoet, fris medium body, glad, laag co2, zoetige afdronk. niet erg bitter, jonge hop smaken

Bottle from local supermarket. Clear golden colour, white head. Nose is light malty, bit of caramel, bit citric. Flavour is light caramel malts and light hops. Clean and fairly dry.

22 Oct 2012 saw me, my wife and 26 other members of the CAMRA Investors club have a wonderful afternoon as guests of the brewery: after a film show and giuded tour of the brewery we adjourned to the tasting celler bar where we were given seven different brews to taste: I had plenty of each! My glasses were filled from a variety of 33cl bottles the brewery has laid down for us from last spring: thanks brewery. Copper to old gold and dull orange in colour: the head varied in size depending on who poured the beer! Semi-sweet malts fill the nose: some fruit notes also. The taste was fairly sweet as well, caramel with nuts and fruit. This is a top fermenting beer and I could detect some yeast within the flavours as I tried to order another one from the free bar. The day was getting better as the beer strengths began to climb and I began to warm to my task.

Bottle, many thanks to bierkoning. Dark golden color with small white head. Sweet malty aroma with fruit. Taste, sweet malt, ripe fruit, bitterness in background. Not very balanced beer.

30 cl. bottle @ home. Light amber colour. Malty grassy aroma. Hoppy, roasted malts taste. bit sharp mouthfeel, not very round.
